I’m sure Mum’s out there will agree that when you are out and about it’s essential to have a drink to hand to keep the kids hydrated on the go. I was therefore delighted to be asked by Appy Kids Co to sample and review some of their carton drinks designed purely with kids in mind.
Appy Kids Co’s mission is to produce delicious tasting healthy affordable products for children using ethically sourced, natural. wholesome ingredients. As a parent this is music to my ears, drinks with no added sugar or nasties that are kind to my purse too it doesn’t get much better than that does it? In fact it does! To top it off Appy Kids Co’s products come in a variety of designs featuring popular cartoon character’s making them instantly desirable to the kids – let’s face it who doesn’t love Paw Patrol!
It was also fantastic to know that Appy Kids Co are a company who have a real passion for the environment and do all they can to be ‘Earth Friendly’ when it comes to their manufacturing process, transportation and their packaging sources. By choosing to use paperboard for their cartons that are sourced from responsibly managed forests they know that trees will be replanted to replenish the source.
The products we received to sample were the Paw Patrol 200ml Apple flavour pouches which are sold in boxes of 5 and the Peppa Pig 200ml Tropical flavour cartons which are sold in packs of 3. Leo was over the moon when I revealed them to him as they featured his favourite character’s and he was extremely keen to try them – as were his sister’s!
The drinks use Stevia as a sweetener to lower the sugar content and having tried them myself I can honestly say I couldn’t tell the difference in taste compared to other brands we have tried . They are full of flavour and taste delicious. As well as getting our approval one of Leo’s little friends tried them and in her words, “I give them the thumbs up”.
Being a healthier alternative to other brands on the market I would purchase these in the future, especially as they are a fantastic handy size to have in your handbag for on the go.
The drinks come in a variety of flavours featuring other popular characters including Minions, Roald Dahl, Dora the Explorer and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and can be purchased online from Amazon as well as in a range of stores.
Appy Kids Co have offered one lucky Fraser’s Fun House reader the chance to try these drinks for themselves with a giveaway for your chance to win 40 pouch drinks! The prize includes 4 boxes of Dora the Explorer mixed berry flavour drinks and 4 boxes of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle Multifruit flavour drinks. No kids in my life but these sound great! I was actually having a conversation with my mum the other day about how there were so many amazing healthier options for kids these days and how I couldn’t remember seeing stuff like that when I was younger. It’s amazing looking at some of the options available now. The closest thing I had to one of those bear yoyo things was a fruit winder! (PS I love those bear things, kid snacks are great) x

I don’t have any kids at the moment but these sound so good! I can imagine it can be a bit of a pain trying to find something that is a healthier option for your kids, tasty, and something that is also “Earth friendly” like this company is! The designs on them are super cute too!

You wouldn’t believe I’ve been trying to comment on this forever but my internet wont let me be great! *rolls eyes* Any whos I love box juices, I’m such a big kid lol. I think their marketing is great, I know tons of kids who love Peppa & Paw Patrol and would def confuse their rents for this product, plus they’re yummy. I’m happy you also found a company that tries to be eco friendly and watch their carbon footprint. BTWs your son’s mega adorbs!! 🙂
