Tell us a bit about yourself and your blog

Hey there! I’m Aysia like the continent but you can call me Aysia B.! I am a lifestyle content creator and designer. When I’m not making jewellery, I write about lifestyle, beauty, wellness and more over on my blog callmeaysiab.com

How long have you been blogging?

I have unofficially been blogging for about 5 years but just started being serious about it since January of this year.

What or who inspired you to create your blog?

I’ve always loved writing my thoughts down and communicating with people through my words. I was like how can I combine my enjoyment of helping people out, my passions and having a platform I can sometimes be vulnerable on and boom, I present you my blog!

What’s your favourite thing about running your blog?

So far, my favourite thing is the community I am forming with both my audience and other bloggers. When it comes to searching for places to share and promote my blog posts, it opens me to connect with people from all over the world!

How do you stay motivated?

In my planner I create monthly lists with short-term goals for my blog and daily life. It gives me something to work towards and when I achieve a goal, I feel so accomplished and I want to frequently feel like that.

What’s been the most challenging part of your blogging journey to date?

Learning to take breaks and not get overwhelmed with everything. There’s so much that goes into blogging from creating graphics, to becoming a social media strategist to web designing. It’s like so easy to lose sleep studying Pinterest trends and your analytics. But I’ve been implementing a set schedule to help me from getting too overwhelmed.

Tell us about your favourite blog post

One of my first blog posts after I decided to cut my hair. This was the deciding post for me to be like, “Hey I kinda want to write about my experience and share it with others. Let me start this blog for real!”

Describe your blog in four words

 Relatable. Entertaining. Open-Minded. Honest.

What are your future hopes and dreams for your blog?

I want my blog to just continue reaching new readers daily and be one of the safe spaces on the internet that inspires, entertains and informs people.

QUICKFIRE GET TO KNOW YOU QUESTIONS:

Night Owl. I’m literally a vampire.
