Small Biz: Hey Santa Personalised Christmas Signs For Kids

We may not have celebrated Halloween yet, but my focus is firmly on Christmas and my excitement levels are soaring. Christmas is my favourite time of year, I adore everything about it, the joyful atmosphere during December is something I wish I could bottle and use a little throughout the year. Anyway, I digress from the point of this post and that is to highlight a fabulous small business that can help bring some of that sought-after Christmas excitement and magic into your home this year.

It’s been a while since I talked about small business on my blog, but that doesn’t mean that my passion for buying and sharing their products has waned. In my opinion small businesses offer so much more than big high street stores that sell mass produced items, they provide often unique, handmade products that simply can’t be purchased elsewhere. It’s also important to remember that behind every small biz there is a dream and by making a purchase from them you are helping to keep that dream alive. So, I urge you to consider this when you are buying gifts this festive season and seek out the small businesses in your own town or online and help someone’s dream continue to be a reality.

Hey Santa is the company I’d like to share with you in today’s post. Based in Wales they hand make personalised signs for children (& big kids too!) , which are designed as a sign post for the big man in red. Every year I like to add to our decoration collection and having quite a small house sadly I can’t buy big bulky items despite drooling over them on the shops! Being small these signs make the perfect addition to my box of Christmas goodies. The folks over at Hey Santa kindly sent Leo his very own and to say he was over the moon would be an understatement! He loves that it has his name on it and of course that it’s purple, his favourite colour.

Signs can be ordered in a variety of colours – Blue, Green, Pink, purple & Red – and there is also the option to have yours printed in Welsh.

I really love personalised items and, in this instance, it’s a great for kids to feel special knowing that Santa will be visiting especially for them. They are nice and sturdy and look like they will stand the test of time, being used year after year.

These signs would make a perfect addition to a special Christmas Eve box or if you have a visiting Elf On The Shelf it could be a special gift delivered by them. Hung on the kid’s bedroom doors on Christmas Eve I’m sure they will be an amazing incentive for them to go to sleep quickly just in case Santa comes early -anything that can help is a winner in my eyes!
