Old English Company Haul

Last month I helped Old English Company promote their new enamel pin range and in return they kindly sent me a voucher to spend on their website. If you haven’t already heard of Old English Co. then you really must check out their website which sells a fabulous range of stylish stationery, homeware, art prints and gifts.

When it came to picking items to order I thought it would be simple as everything they sell is gorgeous, but this proved to be a massive downfall, I wanted to buy everything! I spent hours, yes genuinely hours, trawling the site trying to decide and after much deliberation I breathed a sigh of relief when I had completed checkout!

The post-order service was brilliant, I received several emails to keep me updated about the progress and delivery of my order. Delivered within a couple of days of ordering, I could barely contain my excitement when the postie knocked on the door and handed me a box which had the Old English Co. logo emblazoned on the front. I loved the cute little card they included in my parcel (pictured at bottom of post) it was a lovely extra touch. So, I thought I would share with you the products I received in a mini haul post, I hope you enjoy!

Mama Bear Mug

The first thing that went into my basket was the Mama Bear mug. I have coveted this mug for ages however we have billions so could never justify another purchase! I am a massive tea-lover and this has become my new favourite mug, although I do have to make sure I hide it at the back of the cupboard, so Mr F and the kids don’t use it! The design is simple and so cute and it’s nice and chunky to hold which I love.

Important Things Notebook

This spiral bound, hardback notebook was on offer and a fantastic bargain at only £3.99, as a blogger you can NEVER have enough notepads! I do love my notebooks to have a hardcover, especially as I often carry them around in my handbag meaning they don’t get all crumpled and bent. I plan on using this as a place to jot down blog ideas as and when they pop into my head, so it will be coming with me everywhere I go – it’s current home is my bedside table as often ideas come just as I’m closing my eyes to sleep!

Big Spoon/Little Spoon Coaster Set

When I spotted these, I knew they would make it into the final basket! I am always telling Mr F off for putting his glass on the bedside cabinet without anything underneath and these gorgeous coasters have solved the problem. I love the big spoon/little spoon design, it makes me have a little chuckle to myself every time I see them, and they look perfect in our bedroom. No more nagging wife for Mr F!

Important Things Notepad

I am a list-lover and this A5 notepad is perfect for keeping my to-do-list all in one place. With space for six ‘jobs’ on each day Monday-Friday and a space for things for the following week, I have had to adapt it slightly using the next week space for the weekend. It’s perfect for blogging and has helped keep me even more organised as I’m able to see my weeks overview at a glance.

Pink ‘Note’s’ Pad

I have already said I love lists and this A5 pad is perfect for lists of any kind. It’s is a great size to have on the side in the kitchen to jot things down and has a handy tick box on every line so that you can easily keep track of what you still have to do.

She Believed Enamel Pin Badge

This is my favourite of all the Old English Co. pins and was at the top of my shopping list. I’m really loving the pink/gold colour scheme at the moment and the motivational quote is something that I need to take heed of, so this pin will serve as a fantastic reminder. I have attached it to the front of my handbag meaning I see it everyday and it really does give me a little boost to believe in myself.

Pink & Gold Planner

Planner’s are a must as a blogger and I spent ages trying to decide which style to choose. I went for the pink and gold themed one in the end as it matches my home office storage and I loved the positive quote on the front Consider thisday conquered”.

Each page has plenty of space for the day’s tasks as well as a section at the bottom for notes and is un-dated so can be used and modified to suit an individual’s requirements. I have three planners one the go at the moment so have saved this one until it’s needed.
